Generating 277 lb-ft of torque at just 2,000 rpm, the Ascent provides the immediate pulling power required to launch a boat off a wet ramp or accelerate safely onto the highway with a camper attached. To ensure safety while hauling heavy loads, Subaru equips the Ascent with standard Trailer Stability Assist. This system monitors vehicle sway and applies braking power to individual wheels to keep your trailer tracking straight. |
